Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Luma Cloud, including the website, dashboard, API, SuperCodex installer, and related services. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Shared capacity and upstream rules

Luma Cloud provides shared AI capacity and may route requests to upstream AI providers. Your use must comply with this AUP, the Terms, and any applicable upstream provider rules. We may enforce rate limits, concurrency caps, quota limits, spend caps, and abuse controls to protect the shared pool.

2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive use

You may not use the Service to break the law, violate rights, commit fraud, harass people, threaten violence, create sexual content involving minors, create non-consensual intimate content, or facilitate serious physical, financial, or reputational harm.

3. Cyber safety

You may not use the Service to create, deploy, or meaningfully improve malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, spam, botnets, unauthorized access, evasion, persistence, or exploitation of systems you do not own or have permission to test. Defensive security, debugging, education, and authorized testing are allowed when conducted responsibly.

4. Data and privacy

Do not submit data you are not authorized to share. Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, confidential, or government-restricted data unless you have the right to do so and have confirmed that Luma Cloud is appropriate for that use. Do not use outputs to violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.

5. Deception and impersonation

You may not use the Service for scams, impersonation, fake reviews, deceptive automation, disinformation campaigns, or undisclosed synthetic content where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.

6. High-impact decisions

You may not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that affect a person's rights, safety, employment, credit, housing, healthcare, legal status, education, or access to essential services. Human review and appropriate professional judgment are required.

7. Technical abuse

You may not:

  • bypass, probe, overload, or evade authentication, quotas, rate limits, billing, or safety systems;
  • share, resell, rent, sublicense, or pool API keys or account access unless expressly allowed by your plan;
  • create multiple accounts to evade limits or abuse promotions;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract hidden prompts, provider credentials, model weights, account pools, shard details, or infrastructure details;
  • interfere with other customers or degrade the shared capacity pool.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle requests, freeze keys, suspend accounts, remove access, deny refunds, or terminate service. For serious violations, we may act immediately and may preserve or disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, Luma Cloud, providers, or the public.

9. Reporting abuse

Report abuse, security concerns, or policy violations to info@lumaos.cloud.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
