Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Luma Cloud, including the Luma Cloud website, dashboard, OpenAI-compatible API, SuperCodex installer, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, generating an API key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service provider and contact
The Service is provided under the Luma Cloud name. For legal, billing, privacy, refund, or abuse questions, contact us at info@lumaos.cloud. If you need formal company or procurement details, request them from the same address before purchasing.
2. What Luma Cloud provides
Luma Cloud provides access to pooled AI coding and automation capacity through subscriptions, metered API usage, and companion tooling such as SuperCodex. The Service may route requests to third-party AI model providers and infrastructure providers. We do not own the underlying third-party models, and upstream availability, rate limits, model behavior, and output quality can change outside our control.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, email inbox, sessions, API keys, installed clients, and all activity that occurs through them. Keep credentials and keys confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe they were compromised.
4. Plans, subscriptions, metered usage, and billing
Plan names, prices, quotas, API access, and usage allowances are shown on the website, dashboard, or checkout at the time of purchase. Luma Cloud may offer subscriptions such as Plus, Pro, Builder, and separate metered API or top-up products.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions renew each billing period and your payment method may be charged automatically.
- Metered and top-up usage may be consumed immediately. Requests can incur upstream costs as they are made.
- Taxes and fees. Prices may exclude taxes, duties, currency conversion, or payment processing charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe or another displayed payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Failed payments. We may suspend, downgrade, or limit access if payment fails, a charge is reversed, or billing information cannot be verified.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the billing settings or customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless our Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and the unused portion is not automatically refunded.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may throttle, suspend, freeze API keys, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse shared capacity, create legal or security risk, or violate upstream provider rules.
7. Inputs, outputs, and customer content
You retain your rights to prompts, code, files, and other inputs you submit, and to outputs you receive, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, debug, meter, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit content and use outputs.
8. AI output disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating outputs before using them in production, business, legal, financial, medical, security-sensitive, or other high-impact contexts.
9. Service changes and availability
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, plans, quotas, routes, or integrations. The Service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, upstream provider outages, capacity limits, network issues, abuse controls, or events outside our control.
10. Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMA CLOUD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LUMA CLOUD FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Luma Cloud from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Governing rules and mandatory rights
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. If consumer protection, data protection, or other mandatory laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply. Disputes should first be raised with info@lumaos.cloud so we can try to resolve them informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced by email, in-product notice, or website update. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
